THE best ever salted egg yolk croissant

Funnily enough, this is the very first salted egg yolk croissant that I tasted. It wasn't from the usual suspects. If anything, it came from King's Confectionery and those guys aren't exactly known for churning out any noteworthy food.

Somehow, a non-expectation turned out to be more than just that. It came out straight from the oven and delivered to my door step. So, it was still crispy on the outside. Admittedly, the pastry was a little too thick but (I'm guessing) that's to prevent the filling from dripping out. As you slowly get to the center, you can just feel the heat from the oozing salted egg yolk cream.

Take one lick, followed by a bite. Prepare for an orgasm in your mouth.

 It was a very momentous occasion. Almost like the angels of food were bestowing me with a piece of heaven. Le Bread Days have got nothing on this. Like nothing at all.

Unfortunately, I don't think they carry this anymore. After all, the fad has pretty much died down now.
