I read about this place from long ago and was sorely disappointed to know that they closed the business. Luckily, it was to setup their own shop here.
With a name like that, chicken wings is not their signature dish but it was decent enough without being too much. They weren't too oily and maybe a tad bit healthier than your
kopitiam stall version.
This is what made me curious: beef noodles.
The soup was good, probably thanks to hours of simmering over the stove. The true star here would be the slices of beef that were left to cook in the soup, hence that pinkish hue. Think of it as the grander version of
ngau lam mee. If you think that
pho is too mild, this one would be right up your alley.
