Thankful 

• done enough work to justify that it's a 5 instead of 4day working week 
• I didn't lose my training streak on any of my lessons. Like all 4 of them. Am I getting smarter? I'd like to think that I didn't get any stupider but that is quite subjective 
• after a whole day of feeling but couldn't poo, I took a dump at night. Not much but the satisfaction is quite immense 💩 Ya, my expression after the moment.
