Although there is one branch nearer to home, we adjourned here for lunch after my sister's wedding. Well, the next day. My aunt was my babysitter when I was staying with my grandmother. She would bring along my cousin sister who is a year older than me. We would play together and when she reached 6years old, we attended kindergarten together. I used to think that I was extra stupid because ordinarily, you'd only get one year of kindergarten before primary schooling begins and I had two years of that. But now, with kids as young as 3years old being sent to pre-school, did the younger generation get stupider or are we becoming more kiasu?

Iced cold lemonade RM 10.90. Lemon, fresh squeezed, splashed with lemon-lime and soda
Slightly sour but great for the hot days. Except if the heat is coming from your boss. Those cannot be saved by any amount of ice. fyl.

Kids meal. This was free but the portion isn't exactly small. A bit of fries and a plain hotdog. No cheese. No mustard. No egg. They were generous enough to be using a rather large, well-endowed gourmet type of hot dog.
Blogger announced the implementation of a new policy that'll block or close down sexually explicit blogs. In a strange turn of events, they didn't at the last minute. Guess that means sex really drives the business. To be honest, I was a little worried if my blogs would be affected to. Food porn =\

The carnivore platter RM 139. Full slab of hickory BBQ spare ribs and herb roasted chicken, grilled spicy devil sausage, grilled herby hog sausage, garden salad, grilled corn on the cob, corn bread and french fries.
To be honest, I found their ribs to be too dry. The flavors were a little too sweet for my liking. The dipping sauces were a nice touch. The sausages were better than the ribs.

Chicken was also on the dry side. The muffins were awesome though.
You should only order this if you are a hardcore fan of everything and in a large crowd. Otherwise, you can eat until kingdom come.

Smokehouse Bacon Cheeseburger RM 25.90 - homemade grilled pork patty grilled & glazed with hickory BBQ sauce, topped with cheddar cheese, caramelized onions & crispy pork bacon
The burger fared slightly better but still on the dry side. Am I the only one who prefers to eat the original flavor and not slather on chilli or ketchup inside the burger?

The American RM 22.90 - Homemade grilled pork patty topped with cheddar cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, red onions & pickles. Another mediocre burger that was just dry despite the cheese but tasted better. Somehow, all this is making me hunger for a burger x_x
