Many donkey years ago, there was a rumor that Steven's Corner decided to offer franchise plan in the form of Steven's Tea Garden. That turned out to be an MLM in disguise and nobody ended up being a winner. Is this the same tea garden as that, I don't know. Is this site offering that very franchise, I also can't say. What I could confirm is that this particular tea garden offers a mix of local and Western food. Some fusion as well.Batu 9, Jln Puchong,

Rendang mutton baked cheese rice ~RM26
We couldn't quite picture it so we ordered it. Turned out to be exactly that. The rice was a bit dry on the inside from the baking. The gravy did dry up a bit but it still was quite good. Portion is on the larger side but enough if you have a ravenous appetite.
Curry mutton with roti kosong ~RM 14
Not wanting to eat either rice or noodle, I opted for what could possibly be the worst of the trio. Still, it was not very greasy and slightly crispy. Rather worth the additional calories. It was great with the curry which was more curry than meat. That doesn't mean they gave few miserable pieces, it was complete with few chunks of potato to make it a proper meal.
Cendol RM 5
If memory serves me right, this is the first time I've had cendol served in a cup. The problem here is it makes it difficult to mix them all up together. Quite a waste because they used proper gula melaka with coconut milk. Lovely local dessert.
