Somehow, it feels like there's a curse in this commercial building as most of the eateries here don't seem to sustain long enough beyond that initial hype on social media. Is it due to location? Or just sheer luck that majority of them don't last. My visit here was quite some time ago and their last update on social media is more than 6months ago. Would that be suffice to say that they've closed down for good?
Well, I don't know for sure but judging from the (lack of) crowd, it wouldn't be too surprising. The place tries to be Instagram-friendly. If you're into the English cottage theme, it would be your cup of tea.
There's also an event space which was apparently for balloon making lessons.
Childhood sweets. These days, kids just want to go to Candylicious. Imported sweets are the same with local sweets, only more expensive. Both will turn your kids into devils on speed with a possibility of diabetics in the future.
Was that by design or a flaw? So many things in life these days are confounding. Like deconstructed coffee.
Carpe diem special pizza with rice balls.
Initially, we thought that it wasn't going to be enough.
Turned out to be quite deep so it was rather filling. Best part is it was sizzling hot with cheese just melted away. It was surprisingly meaty and we were quite stuffed at the end of it.
The menu is mainly Korean with a touch of Western.
