Playing on bittersweet nostalgia of home, this place specializes in everything that you could possibly cook with mini lalas. Since my tummy was unwell, it was an easy decision to try the place. Kota Damansara,

They just opened the shop then so they were running a promotion on their cold pressed juice. These juice are supposedly better as the fruits aren't subjected to heat and harsh juicing method that kills off the nutrients in the process. To be honest, it feels like an expensive fad. Also, do you know that fruit maybe healthy but it's high in sugar content? A glass of juice may require double (or even triple) of what you could possibly eat.
Unused sugar gets turned into fat.
Mee hun keuh RM 7.90
This noodle is tricky to make and more often than not, they end up being thick pieces of dough which requires a lot of effort to chew. These were just OK but the soup was nice. What I don't understand is why people like to put the fried ikan bilis on top?!?!? They get soggy and it's too salty to eat them all at a go.
Porridge RM 7.90
Perhaps, they are trying to showcase the freshness of the seafood or want to be ultra healthy that the porridge was ridiculously bland, utterly tasteless. I even felt sorry for myself having to finish it and decided to just takeaway to salvage it at home. Sorry but soy sauce is very high in sodium. Somehow, it tasted a bit better after it was left overnight.
Deep fried spring rolls RM 6.50
These had more air than actually filling which was a real pity as they came straight out of the fryer.
