Thankful 

• resumed my project after a lazy hiatus. just too many things came in at ago. 
• left the office before the rain started. Parked my car just as the rain started. 
• new banana leaf joint. it could give Nirvana a run for its money. 

Learned 
I may need to walk more in the evening/after dinner so that I tire myself enough to be asleep by 11.15pm. Oh and I just found this.
