Thankful
- I stuck to my resolution. It was a close call but thanks to (impeccable) timing, I didn't break my word. Even if it is just to myself.
- Remained objective and professional even in the face of adversary, stupidity, ignorance and arrogance. Not the best of combo especially when all are rolled up in one.
- The quietness which used to be a bonus has now become the answer for peaceful times. A sign of changing times (no pun intended).
Learnt
The difference in opinion that is too vast renders it (near) impossible to sustain any possibility of salvaging the remaining good. The unhappiness outweighs all else.
