Thankful
- Got off my (writing) ass to start on my Langkawi trip
- A rainy day which made staying home all the better
- Dinner which didn't cost as much as I anticipated

Learnt 
 The more you try to avoid it, the worse it becomes. Give in and it becomes worse.
Why is there no middle ground? fml.
