Thankful
- Having the courage to decline pushy sales staff and standing my ground.
- Enjoying the day on my own. As much as having someone by the side is enjoyable, I miss my quality me time.
- Met a new friend out of the blue. Just from sharing a table.
Learnt
No party is worth going to where it makes you feel more alone than when in your own company. It is not being alone that makes you lonely. It is indifference, ignorance that makes life unbearable with people.
