Review: Interstellar

A movie that lasts 2.5hours but doesn't feel like it unless you're not into sci-fi though it isn't really a sci-fi. Confused? Well, the movie is even more confusing that I can get.  The trailer pretty much sums up the storyline without giving away too much.

The cast is a brilliant mix and it's good to see Matthew McConaughey in a more serious role. Anne Hathaway does seem to be still carrying some residue from Les Miserable. Michael Caine is just being Michael Caine as always. The one character who truly stole the show was TARS the robot. If I could have a bf, I wish he's like TARS. 75% humor, 25% truth. Matt Damon also seems to be reprising his role in The Talented Mr Ripley. Or maybe I haven't watched enough of his movies to tell that's how he acts.

Yea, the movie's no longer showing in the cinema but lets be honest, when was the last time you watched your movies in the cinema?
