Despite having won the title of world's best sandwich, Dave's Bistro never quite expanded their operations outside of this mall. But that seemed to suit them fine enough as they've been there for more than a decade now and shows no signs of slowing down.

 Pork belly shavings salad RM 26: Dave's signature salad with salsa verde, roasted pork shavins, scrambled eggs, sliced apple, tomato salsa and orange.
It's a refreshing salad that is sweet, tangy and sour, thanks to all that fruit in there. The flavors don't overpower each other nor leave you feeling too full, unlike mayo. A good start to dinner.

 Dave's spaghetti bolognese RM 33: Dave's signature ragu with beef & pork meatballs, herbs & parmesan

 Although the dish is quite tasty, I found it to be on the dry side. A pity really because the pasta was cooked well and they were generous with the meat and the balls were huge.

 Basted with signature BBQ sauce & slow roasted till off the bone tender. Served with gravy.
Unlike Down to Bones, Dave's sauce is sweeter. Also, the ribs are chunkier with more meat. I suppose it really depends on how American you want them to be. Dave's ribs do gravitate to that more.

 Served on a bed of steamed vegetable, those are fairly unexciting (bland even) but too much of a flavor on a single plate and that ain't gonna work.

 Dave's signature ham & mayo RM 35: Dave's secret honey mayo pizza sauce with ham, cheese and pineapple

Thin crust, proper ham, generous cheese. What is not to like about it? Certainly does cost a lot more than Pizza Hut or Dominoes but what you get is freshly made pizza with fresh ingredients.
