 One of my first tasks after my team expanded was a team lunch. We used to have a Muslim which created some challenge in organizing such events. Now with an all non-Muslim team, I thought it would be tonnes easier. Turned out to be otherwise as one doesn't eat really eat pork or any red meat😕 So yea, that was a bigger problem.

Anyway, we came here and ordered something non-duck. Their roast chicken turned out to be quite good. If anything, it was better than their duck. Juicy meat and not so fatty skin, they certainly do know how to roast their poultry well.

Steamed fish in chili sauce.
It was a bit of a weird sauce, kinda spicy but not too much. The fish was big and fresh. Unlike the boring steamed with soy sauce, this one had a bit of an attitude, slightly sour and spicy.
