My first visit here was a long time ago to catch up with a college friend who related a story of his sister who got married and divorced barely 1month later due to her mother-in-law. It goes to show that you think you may know someone but upon changing status or entering the next phase, things change. Or they are really good in hiding their hideous self.

 Fried salmon skin and roe fruit salad.
Who would have thought that this combination works quite well? The sweetness from the apple offset the saltiness from the seaweed. Truly a good fusion done well.

 Agedashi tofu
Lightly coated fried tofu with a dash of sweet sauce, think of this as an appetizer of clean flavors.

Is there such a thing as a salmon overload? No, not really. This is an interesting take on the famous fish. The brown light sauce is more savory than sweet. With the mayo and thousand island sauce, each bite results in a happy confusion in the mouth. 

 Karaage or fried chicken.
Rarely do I order this but it was part of a set. Not too oily and in bite size pieces, it came with mayo to complete the experience.

 Teriyaki grilled baby octopus. How cute can a baby get? Baby octopus is way better than baby human because they're much cuter (for one) and they taste great. The garlic slices were just enough to complement the sweet sauce.

 Tom yum seafood pot.
When you continuously apply heat to a pot of spicy soup, you get a very long dinner because it's impossible to eat it quickly. Still, they were generous with the seafood that was fresh. Kinda spicy but goes great with the rice.
