This is another success story of rags to riches stall to shop. They used to operate from a stall underneath high tension cable, subject to the mercy of Mother Nature. Now, they've got a proper shop which is doing brisk business. Their menu has also expanded to noodles if you don't want porridge.

There are few different types of porridge available. This is minced pork with century egg, added with salted egg. Topped with chopped spring onion and fried rice vermicelli, it's quite the thing to have when you want something warm without being too oily.

 Braised chicken noodle.
The cabbage is steamed so it's rather soft, bland on its own but you don't want it to compete with the noodle's gravy. The chicken was well marinated, long enough that you can taste it deep inside and the flesh was soft but not too much that it's falling off the bones. It is similar to wantan mee but a bit healthier since not as much oil involved.
