It's hard to classify this joint as they sell pork (cooked & not), you can have (alcoholic) drinks and they serve good pork dishes.

Grilled pork belly with veggie
Maybe it's the choice of cut. Perhaps even the marinade. Whatever it is, we were pleasantly surprised by this dish. Slightly sweet, thanks to the capsicum, the best way to enjoy pork (or any meat imho) is with a bit of fat. Pork belly certainly has a significant ration of fat to lean meat. You get a meat that's not too dry and a wee bit soft (or at lot depending on how much fat there is). Grilled until charred a bit, it went well with the mushroom sauce.

This doesn't look like much but don't underestimate them Würste. Each chunky and both good in their own ways. One had a bit of herbs, the other some chili but not too hot. The mashed potato was downright buttery. Munch on some of the coleslaw and salad if you start to feel too guilty.
