Tea & croissant: A taste of Arab

One of the things that surprised me in Paris was how diverse the people and culture are. Black and white, short and tall, old and young, but they all have one thing in common. They all speak French which I don't 😆Well, it's no biggie because most of the time, food is quite universal. Which is why we ended up in this Arabic restaurant after a day in Champs Elysee.

No English menu? No problem. Just point at the pictures or the food itself.

It is similar to Subway where instead of the fresh raw ingredients, you have the sides on display. This is the roasted potato salad with a chicken tortilla wrap. I found the wrap to be lacking in sauce but was fine, otherwise.

My roasted chicken with a rather sad looking salad and the same roasted potatoes. Again, the chicken was dry which was unfortunate because the marinade was quite good. Yes, the set came with an apple.

Although mirrors give the illusion of space and is useful in small rooms, I think it should be illegal to place it in such a way that you can see yourself eating. Sorry, eating is not quite the time and place to act all sweet and pretty especially when you are hungry.

Yea, no wonder I don't get second dates.
