Tea & croissant: From the inside out of Louvre
Wherever possible, the museum tries to incorporate as much natural light as possible for you to enjoy the artifacts in its original beauty.
However, there are still some spaces that are difficult to reach. Like the ceiling.
That's no excuse not to marvel at them though. Just squint your eyes. Real hard.
When they do use artificial lighting, it is done in such a manner that closely resembles what you get with sunlight. Which can be quite annoying if you want to know how the weather really looks like.
Thankfully, there are also large windows that overlook the park.
Not that the bright day matters when the sun sets at 8.30pm =_=
