Tea & croissant: The tourist walk

There are quite a number of bridges over the river and each offers a not-very different view.

This is a slightly better one.

Pont de la Concorde. Or another bridge over Seine.

I wonder if they actually clean the many statues in the city.

A rather large area of nothing. Like nothing of interest.

Roue de Paris. A Ferris wheel if you missed out on the London one.

Some French flair. I wonder if their homes are furnished as such.So opulent.

Obelisk of Luxor. An Egyptian element.

There was a queue but I don't know how long it was. There are also food stalls selling snacks and drinks, obviously meant for the tourist based on a glance at their prices.

Mallards enjoying the occasional food from the visitors. Mother Nature created the animal kingdom in such a way that majority of the male species are more attractive so that the females would want to mate with them and produce offspring. Why is it the reverse for homo sapiens?

Spotted some swans among the docked ships.

The river surprisingly didn't smell at all even from such a close distance.

Would you live your life on a boat? It wouldn't be a very stable life, going in and out for provisions. No pun intended.

Statue of Sir Winston Churchill. Yes, the very same one.
