When you think of tapas, you cannot miss La Bodega. Serving mini servings of food but at regular price, I think they've been in business for so long despite the economic downturn is thanks to the large expat community. It's difficult to see locals hanging here full time. Or maybe I'm the only poor Malaysian around.

Chanquetes RM 21.70: Deep fried white bait.
Honestly, this was disappointing as far as the god of deep frying goes. It wasn't crunchy at all. Perhaps just a wee bit at the tail. Even the head didn't get the memo to become delicious in hot oil. The saving grace would be that the fishes weren't oily and quite fleshy. Funnily enough, I found it slightly dry and had to use the mayo to make it better.

Pincho cordero RM 21.70
Grilled lamb with peach chutney and bell peppers. I could do the meat but the other two is quite foreign. Still, they lent the meat some sweetness and made it juicier.

At those prices, I was hoping to at least have a full or proper sized dishes.
