Chili's, Empire Subang

It's hard to imagine why is it that almost all their branches are usually crowded to the brim and commands a line during dinner time. Could it be the good food? Or maybe the booze? Perhaps just the overall lively vibe that draws the crowd in. Actually, the food's decent enough and service is nice enough to overlook the wait.

Chicken burger was unfortunately not quite their forte. I find that the taste was somehow bland. Please don't ask me to put some ketchup/chili sauce because those things are not meant to compensate the lack of taste.

Chicken Enchiladas: 3 baked enchiladas with seasoned chicken & Monterey Jack cheese. Topped with sour cream sauce, melted mixed cheese, cilantro and corn & black bean salsa. Served with rice & black beans.
Did you know that Costa Ricans are big on beans? Like how we could have rice for breakfast, lunch and dinner, they do the same with beans. Sorry, I didn't ask if they fart as much.
This was quite a huge platter and definitely a keto dieter's nightmare. It was a very hearty meal which I would strongly recommend to share even though it's good.
