After a very unsatisfying dinner, we headed here in search of some salvation for the night. Southwestern Quesadillas RM 27.95: marinated chicken with grilled onion and Jack cheese in tortillas. Served with house-made pico de gallo and sour cream.
Known for their large portions,we started it easy. These may look mediocre but their filling was down right filling. The cheese was thick but not too cheesy, chicken breast was used so you feel a wee bit less guilty. What I don't get is the onion that stood out like a sore thumb.
Old timer RM 23.95: Made with a hand-seasoned beef patty seared to perfection. Topped with pickles, leaf lettuce, tomato, red onions and mustard.
The fries were large and chunky and crunchy. So awesome with the sour cream.
The burger itself was cooked to medium well (by request), thus retaining that pinkish middle and slight juiciness. There isn't much at fault with a basic beef burger. The ingredients used complemented each other and while it may not be exciting at all, it was a good burger.
