Bosko, BU Centrepoint
Wine and dine, this is what Bosko feels like with dime lighting and wine bottles adorning the walls. The menu is impressive and filling enough to bring your date over so that she'll think you know your chardonnay from riesling.
To be honest, I wasn't paying much to the header and this looked uncannily like pizza that I ordered it. What came really a crispy tortilla topped with cheese, rockets, capers and of course, smoked salmon. Not quite pizza yet a good thing too as it was not as filling as conventional pizza would be. The sauce was tangy enough with the smoked salmon and capers.
Impressive and massive, the only unfortunate part was it was kinda dry.
