Seng Kee Chicken Rice 成記雞飯, Damansara Uptown

With a rather large billboard (in black background and gold/yellow font nonetheless), Seng Kee is quite intimidating and looks like a rather pricey place for just chicken rice. Yet, it managed to stay around for sometime that I decided it was high time to try them out.

They sell the usual roast meat with choices of noodles or rice. For the price they charge, I think that you can go to any other less swanky looking kopitiam and still manage to have better chicken rice. The roast meat (pork and chicken) was too disappointing to say the least. Dry, not tender. Maybe that's what some people like but hey, some fat is good. Fat is juicy. Fat makes life dining more bearable.

If I wanted to be healthy, I wouldn't go to a chicken rice shop.
