Another cafe that has garnered quite a following among the cafe hoppers, Red Kettle is one of those places that offer not just pastries and coffee but also proper meal. As the place is usually bustling with customers, conversations can be hard, which is a pity as who likes to rush over their coffee?
Especially when you have a nice slice of carrot cake to go with it. While there's no coffee art, the drink speaks for itself. I want to say it's full bodied, not bitter but you'd see right through my pretentious self 😂 Lets just say that the coffee and cake is like a marriage made in heaven. One offsets the other's flaw.

It's essentially Vietnamese
coffee. With egg. If you are familiar with
bulletproof coffee, then adding egg is probably the next step in your coffee drinking evolution since you're already adding oil. Of course, I would prefer to have my eggs and oil together, rather than with the coffee but hey, YOLO?
So, having said that, this coffee doesn't reek of egg at the very least. If anything, it's really sweet courtesy of the foam on top. It's like the cafe-fied version of your
kopitiam coffee with that bubbly sickeningly sweet foam on top.
