Fu Wah, Puchong Jaya

There was a sudden boom of truffle fries everywhere last year. Is it because truffle is so expensive that this is the peasant's only chance to give it a try?
This was my first time ever trying them and truthfully, I like my fries better without them. At first, it was great. It has that richness together with the mayo and crunchy fries are great on its own so together, they were almost mind blowing. After awhile though, the combo got unbearable. Almost too rich.

Hong Kong style rice of meat of questionable origin with egg, broccoli and rice 😂 I think anyone with even just a microwave could easily whip this up. Just pan fry them lightly, cook the rice, put them together, give it few splashes of soy sauce and you're done. Anyway, if you're not fussy and in a hurry, this is great.

Tomato soup noodles with egg and sausages. For someone who is eternally failing at cooking instant noodle right, I find it amazing that the noodle is still springy and not at all soggy. The tomato soup is quite refreshing in that it has a bit of sourness to it.
