Back when they first started getting famous, my father would always say that he'll bring us all the way to Kajang for it. That sounded like a far drive from Klang. Not sure if that ever materialized but with the franchise popping up everywhere, it's not so difficult to get some of them in Klang Valley.Damansara Utama,

What's good about satay is you get a pure protein option and some fiber. The only problem is that the peanut gravy is really what makes a difference and therein lies most of the calories.
Still, satay for supper is less guilt-ridden than a roti canai.
Actually, we had dinner elsewhere but didn't feel satisfied. Thus, the small order. I like how they managed to place the sticks in such a manner that my OCD bone is tickled.
Each serving comes with a platter of cucumber and nasi himpit but we usually decline the latter though that tastes awesome with the peanut sauce. It's a waste if you have the satay without the sauce as both compliments the other very well. I do prefer my sauce with a bit of heat so the dollop of dried chilli sambal is mixed thoroughly into the sauce.
The meat is well marinated and cooked until it's slightly burnt, resulting into some crispy caramelized fatty bits. Yes, the best bites.
