A team outing called for a special venue. This happened to be it. Well, it was a little amusing but locals know best (?). I am consoled over the fact that it wasn't Asian.

Rub burger £9.45: Our famous dirty burger a mixture of aged Jacob's Ladder, chuck steak and brisket coarsely ground into a pit burger, barbecued with house pickled slaw, lettuce and house BBQ sauce mayo on brioche bun.

The menu looked very enticing at every corner but after 2days, it was obvious that the portion is going to be on the large size so best to pick something relatively small.  How to tell? Well, the price is a good indicator. I was expecting a good great burger but this fell short of it. This doesn't mean it was crappy but I was a tad bit disappointed, could have been better? The patty wasn't dry yet not juicy enough. Not much of a sauce/gravy going on. The fries were definitely better than the chips.
