This place came recommended by a friend based on some list. Since we were in the vicinity, we decided to give it a go especially with the drizzling rain.

The place was quite packed and we had to squeeze into our table beside this elderly couple who turned out to not just know Malaysia but stayed in East Malaysia for many years too. What are the odds?

The salmon and cheese starter. Love the cheese. Love the salmon. As for the dressing, none of that caesar or thousand island crap. It was rather sweet for a salad dressing but I can't recall what it was now.

Chicken and vegetable. Almost a tomato flavor but minus the sourness. Rather hearty meal for a cold night. It's not mind blowing good. Or maybe I was expecting more.

Kiwi sauce and almond cream. Not quite ice cream but the marriage of flavors was peculiar, to say the least. We had some trouble finishing this.

Apparently this place has the best onion soup in town. Guess what we didn't order?
