XXXIII: Best beef noodle


The noodles are like thick pan mee you get here. Instead of giving thinly sliced beef which they usually do so that it'll cook in the hot soup when served, they provide thick cuts of beef that's been cooked for sometime so it's tender to the bite. The soup was light but definitely taste of beef, a much welcomed change. With this, my faith in Taiwanese cuisine is renewed.
