Review: Money's Corner Food Court, Brickfields

7, Jalan Tun Sambanthan 4,
Brickfields,
50470 Kuala Lumpur
Also possibly known as Mayflower Food Court, the main draw to this place would be Peter's Pork Noodle. For this visit, I tried that along with another famous food stall there. Quite a good way to tempt people to come all the way here.

Starting off with the pork noodle, it is touted as one of the best pork noodle in town. Now, that really does depend on how you like your pork noodle to begin with. This is the clear type with chock full of pork flavor in the soup. It is a rather large bowl which can easily satisfy any normal eater.

My personal take on it is it was like any other pork noodle. To say that it is right up there is rather exaggerated. But then again, a friend commented that it's a hit and miss thing as they aren't consistent with quality. So, perhaps I went on the wrong day.

There is an Indian rice stall which serves affordable economy style food. Their freshly fried fish is a generous thick block of fillet, lightly marinated on the outside. It was a tad bit dry and tough on the inside but it would have paired off well with rice and lots of curry.
