 Strangely enough, my very first time of knowing about Sushi Tei took place in Bali during a holiday. Who knew that they would open up in Malaysia not long after? They've done well enough, capturing that segment above the midrange, below the fine dining. As such, expect to burn a small hole here.

 Inari sushi with tuna.
I don't like the combination of sweet tofu skin with savory tuna. Or maybe it's just my dislike for tofu skin in general speaking there.

 Tempura vegetable with prawn.

 Not too oily and crunchy overall, the portion is small so don't share as it's too good to share.

 Can't recall which roll this was but the only reason that I ordered it was for the mentaiko topping 😍That alone is reason enough.

Eel and omelette with flying fish roe maki.
The eel wasn't too fishy tasting and omelette not too sweet either. Notice how the rice is proportionate with the filling?
