If you can't wait for pork noodle, pop over next door where the wait is usually much more bearable, if any. It's a simple setup with a simple menu.
I personally disliked it. Yes, it just was too pungent of wine taste that I couldn't take much of it. Luckily this wasn't my order 😁 The portion is large though with lots of fried fish and oyster mushroom.
If next door has the best pork noodle, Ah Loys deserve the title of best curry noodles in town. Although it's kinda oily, the flavors are top notch. The chili sauce upped the ante and made this a very good bowl of noodles. Some people like breast meat as it's healthier, not as fatty but I find they are kinda dry and rough. Lots of meat, lots of noodles, lots of satisfaction.
