After checking in and resting for awhile, it was time to go hunt for dinner. This place is located near the morning market. They provide chili sauce and oyster sauce if you can't take spicy food. Surprisingly, this is the one time that I preferred the non-chili option over the chili one. There were hints of dried shrimps along with the usual oyster sauce.

Using charcoal instead of gas, it does provide some much needed warmth from the cold. Don't worry, it doesn't get too hot. The soup base was a clear note of dried shrimps, vegetables, not much of meat in there. Very different from those in Klang Valley where the flavors come at you at once, assaulting your taste bud like there's no tomorrow. Some may find that this soup is too plain, bland even but I think that's how you get to appreciate the flavors of the food more.

There were few sets to opt from with add-ons available. We took the pork set for two. This may not look like much but boy, were we stuffed at the end of it. I think it was about RM 20 per pax, not exactly cheap since it's majority vegetable and not meat. However, if you factor in that it's organic, that should ease your conscience a bit more.
