From their original offering of all things coconut (which is really just coconut jelly and water), they've now branched out into cakes and topping combination. The last I was there about a month ago, they have also started serving coffee e.g. cappuccino made with a proper coffee machine. Unfortunately, the coffee was overpriced and it's best to stick to their coconut menu instead.

Instead of boring plain coconut jelly, you can now opt for toppings e.g. nata de coco, pearls. My personal preference is to have the jelly on its own and fully savor the sweetness of the coconut. Of the few visits, the coconut flesh is pretty much a hit and miss thing. If you're lucky, you get a young one that's easy to scrape the flesh off. Otherwise, be happy that they handed you a metal instead of plastic spoon.

What? You don't eat the flesh? Such a waste.

Occasionally, they do have cakes, biscuits, pastries in general which is probably outsourced. This is their coconut cake topped with coconut shavings and drizzled with caramel sauce.

The first thing that struck me was how crumbly the cake was. It didn't have that dense texture which you'd normally get from butter cakes. If anything, this is rather light and not overly sweet as the coconut flavor is rather strong. A rather nice cake if not that it was a bit on the dry side.
