How many of you have heard of this burger joint? Well, I hadn't until we had a dept lunch and came to this mall looking for some good food that'll be worth our boss' (maybe) hard earned money on us.
Although we were the first customer at peak lunch hour, the place was rather empty. Still, I'm not one to not take a risk when it come to food. Particularly free ones.
The classic beef cheese burger RM 23.90. Top up another RM 6.90 for a drink and fries. The serving does look rather daunting.
Fish and chips RM 20.90. This, on the other hand, looked like it could barely feed a full grown man. And indeed, my colleague felt rather unsatisfied. The fish also looked quite sad on the inside, like myself.
The beef combo burger RM 26.90.
The same upgrade applies to turn it into a meal that'll make work impossible. The difference between this and their classic version is the addition of hotdog and bacon.
While the bun wasn't ultra lusciously soft like I wish my boobs are, the burger itself was rather juicy, courtesy of the BBQ sauce, which is more than what I could hope for for myself. The halved sausage was those typical frozen pack which didn't do much for the burger. The bacon was quite good and obviously beef since they want to cater to the masses. Beef patties were surprisingly well. Put all of that together, you have a burger that made you forget (for awhile) the slow service and premium price charged.
