Review: Roti Valetine, KL

Stor No. 1, Jalan Semarak,
Opposite Menara Celcom,
54000 Kuala Lumpur
Touted as the best roti canai in town (more like self-proclaimed though),the place only opens in the evening until the wee hours of the night.

Their signature dish is roti valentine which is really roti canai stuffed with sardine and onion. Sorry but it didn't particularly impress me.

Roti banjir or flood bread. It's basically roti canai that's been shredded and flooded with warm dhal gravy. Sort of a comfort food. This one fared much better.

Roti canai.

So does it live up to its claim of serving the best roti canai? It was definitely better than some local mamak as it was made quite crispy. But, I still think that IV is better.

Roti tissue because one overgrown child and one near-obese man can't possibly be full on flour alone. This was also not quite memorable.

Unless you are in the vicinity, it wasn't worth my journey.
