If there's one thing you need to do right, that's service. Regardless of how good (or bad) your food is, service can be the one thing that make or break your business in the F&B business. Of course, I'm not speaking as someone who has run a food joint successfully but as a consumer, with so many of choices, why do I have to put up with lousy service? The Gardens Mall, Lingkaran Syed Putra,

Judging from the number of feedback on their unofficial Facebook page, it's clear that I'm not the only one who finds the staff's attitude here is a fine example of what not to do. And to be honest, their takoyaki is certainly not that great. If you are looking for a good one, head over to the top floor instead for Gindaco.
Since I had a light lunch, I wanted to have some snack before doing some Christmas (window) shopping. These seemed good enough without filling up too much. While the balls were generally not small, most of it were flour. You do get a bite of the octopus but really not much. Also, I think these were ready made and just reheated when the order is made. I do like the teriyaki sauce and mayo combo but sadly, they were wasted on lukewarm balls. You really want them freshly made, sizzling hot that the shaved bonito flake dances on top. Almost magical.
These balls, on the other hands, are just not quite there.
