Sushi Tei, 3 Damansara

My last visit was 2years back. Mainly because Sushi Tei is slightly more pricey as compared to other sushi joints. This particular outlet is always full but it may turn out to be due to the service being slow to clear the table =|

Deep fried salmon bone. I do particularly enjoy fried salmon. Sure, the bones sometimes do get in the way, you just need to be careful about it. Unfortunately, I also discovered during this meal that what I really do enjoy is not just fried salmon but fresh fried salmon . Have you tried no-longer-warm/hot fried salmon? Especially the fatty kind? Sorry but it is just way too fishy. My advice: order them & don't ever pick it off the rotating belt.

If you still haven't gotten your lou sang fix, fret not as they do have it here. Actually, this was the only reason to come here. Of course, you could order it at any Chinese restaurant but I wanted it a small enough portion for two and preferably as less junk as possible.

Sushi Tei offers few different types. This is the basic one that came with salmon sashimi, scallop trimming and jellyfish. I have to say that they were pretty generous with the good stuff. Very fresh. The plum sauce was sweet and really brought everything together after a good toss.

While it didn't look like a big portion, this filled us both up quite nicely without anything else.
