Pappa Rich, BU Centerpoint

Over the years, Pappa Rich has proven to be the more atas version of kopitiam with its prices easily rivaling Western cafes. They have diversified their menu while sticking close to what makes the typical Malaysians crave for. Except for the prices. Seriously, why so expensive?

Sure, their coffee is rather rich and thick but with luck, you could easily find the same thing else where at half the price. Ok, maybe without the a/c.

This was part of brunch so just toast, without the usual butter and kaya. It was a tad bit dry. May be even wee bit burnt.

A little something that's light and savory which unfortunately also happened to be on the fishy side: otak-otak. The banana leaf did give it that nice aroma but there was just no covering up the fishy business.
