Without looking at the title, would you have been able to tell where this was from? I think that Dragon-i makes the most beautiful Shanghainese mini basket bun or xiao loong bao. The delicate folds encase the hot soup and meaty filling. An art that's almost too beautiful to eat but eat you should because it is delicious.Best with the vinegar and some ginger slices.

La mian with chicken herbal soup.
For some odd reason, this was in their menu. Even odder so, why did I order it? 😅 I was probably thinking of having something calm, not rice, not spicy. It was strange because the noodle came in a bowl of soup while the chicken soup came with, well, its own soup. Both the soups are of different taste. Both are good on their own. Luckily, their flavors don't contrast each other too much so it was still all right to have them together.

The noodles were cooked just right, still has a bit of springiness to them. The chicken soup was great, definitely something to look forward to when you want something nutritious with Chinese herbs. But don't worry, it doesn't taste bitter or strong of herbs.
