Thankful
- (almost) week-long daily debilitating back ache has ended. In a grand blood bath, no less
- finished another backlog which helped another project to progress. And it ain't even my project.
- Tiger balm's heat patch is god-sent, on top of Synflex.
Learnt
My painkiller helps with reducing the pain (I kid you not) but also increases my risk of stroke. Either way, slowly killing myself. One way or another.
