Similar to
BarBQ Plaza but more expensive, their menu is also more varied as well.
No chopped fresh chili but they do offer different sauces to either make you sweat or complement the meat just fine without the sweat. Funny thing is the chicken rice chili. Spicy but odd to see it here.
Ordered the pork set for two. It didn't look much at all on the menu , turned out to be just right. You can add on more meat or veggie. Perhaps just order their more extravagant sets. There was one with minced meat and a raw egg. So sad because they delivered that wrongly to our table 😭
The meat is sliced more thinly than at BarBQ Plaza's so it cooks faster. Yes, it's the same hot plate used. The soup was not bad. Most of the ingredients were all right, not exceptionally fresh but good enough for BBQ. Some were mass manufactured dumplings, probably to keep cost low.
Just like BarBQ Plaza, they provide lard to make the plate less stick. Maybe I'm not doing it right because usually at the end of the meal, it turns out all the same i.e. black 😥 Not wanting to put things to waste, those are leftover lards, too small to comfortable oil the grill but just right to make into a sinful treat.
