With Kinjuku closed down (for good probably), Harumi 16 has a better chance of making it in this mall. Its other notable contender would be Sushi Tei though Tei's probably more upscale than Harumi, different market segment altogether.Pusat Bandar Puchong

Yes, if you're looking for a more affordable Japanese meal that comes in set, Harumi would be a better pick. They offer Japanese as well as fusion Japanese. This is my Hamburg steak bento set. It came with the usual rice (Japanese!), salad (normal shredded cabbage 😒), steamed egg (not the best but OK effort) and miso soup (definitely the instant type). These were all meant to compliment the main star:
The set was relatively cheap (about RM 20 or less). But I wasn't expecting this small mound of minced pork sitting on a bed of scrambled egg, served on a hot plate. Portion aside, it tasted not bad. The meat was cooked nicely without drying it on the inside. However, it would have been nice if they gave more of the brown gravy to go with the egg and rice.
Mushroom and garlic pasta.
This isn't carbonara as it has more of that earthy mushroom flavor. Coupled with the fried garlic, it's something that you'll enjoy when it's served hot.
