Opened since late last year, JE Seafood has been doing brisk business. If you are looking for some seafood noodle in this vicinity, they are probably your best bet.

 My Chinese lesson streak is at 200+ days. Yet, I could barely read what's written here beyond 中国 (China) 😂

 Fish cake noodle
This is one of their cheaper dishes. You get to pick the noodle while everything else is already pre-selected. You could top up with more seafood that's on display. Most of them looked rather fresh.

 Fresh sliced fish
It felt wrong to come here and not order one of their signature noodles despite the rather hefty price tag. However, you do get a bowl of noodles with fresh slices of fish.

Overall, the flavor of the soup is about the same in both except the second one is less salty, more natural. No (bad) fishy flavor in them. However, they aren't exactly cheap so maybe just one visit is good enough for me.
