Thankful
- A nice way to start the week after a three day weekend
- Pace picked up without too many people screaming
- My sub project's pioneer phase ended with some glitches but it's a good learning point

Learnt
Next stage of ITIL 2011 foundation is Intermediate. Should I? 
Sorry for the lack of actual proper update.  Work has been taking up most of my sanity. These days, it's the idiot box for the idiot me.
