Thankful
- An almost long overdue massage
- Survived 2 cardio sessions in the span of 12 hours
- Tried a beef noodles spot which I've been meaning to

Learnt
Two days of back to back lower body intensive cardio sessions is bad for the calves. Even massage can't help. And my legs hurt today. At least now I have a legitimate excuse for no cardio.
