Thankful
- Managed to work our though my calves are hurting
- Squeezed in some reading time while escaping from the heat
- ending the weekend with some humor in the form of Big Bang Theory. 
- Headache and nausea dissipated after awhile

Learnt
Listening to podcast while in a moving car has the same effects as reading in a moving vehicle: headache inducing and nauseating.
Especially worse when it's not in my stronger language and played at 1.5 speed of normal.
