One of the older hotels in the hood, Marriott is very much in need of a facelift which is why they've started renovation works sometime this year. Some parts of the hotel were closed down for that and hopefully, it's ready by now. I was here during independence day last year for work.62502 Sepang Utara

Yup, last year. Yup, work.
Don't get the wrong idea. The office was closed and since we had access to the executive lounge (free flow of juice and coffee), we decided it best to plow through the go-live there. I wouldn't say that it was a great place to be doing actual work. The view is just a notch better than what my office offers.
This is sorta an exclusive lounge that's only for guests staying at certain rooms. Obviously, the cost is already factored into the room cost. The staff would greet you by name and be at your beck and call. Sorta like a butler. You are free to use any available rooms available that is equipped with sofa, TV, table and proper office chair too. The place was quite empty because nobody is sad like us to be stuck indoor working.
But, hey, at least I got free food. Oh, they also serve alcohol. For free. Free flow.
